Performance Coach

As a performance coach, you will act as the face for our community for each and every one of our clients. We want someone with a go-getter attitude who will come alongside their clients, no matter where they’re at in their fitness journey, and help them achieve what they never thought was possible.

Job Requirements

Must have(s):

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • B.S. in Kinesiology or related field and/or nationally accredited certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA)
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Basic nutrition knowledge
  • Teachable attitude
  • Desire to be a part of a team

Nice to have(s):

  • 2+ years coaching/training experience preferred
  • Sports performance knowledge/experience
  • Background/experience in nutrition and wellness
  • A sense of humor

About the role:

As a performance coach, you must have a working knowledge of health, fitness and performance. You should have a strong understanding of biomechanics and functional, integrated movement in order to make quality decisions in coaching, programming, and training modifications.

We work hard and value hard work. You must be a person who is goal oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, problem solve, and complete tasks in a timely fashion. You will be responsible for maintaining your schedule, so timeliness and time management skills are a must.

You are a good communicator, adept at delivering clear instructions and maintaining consistent verbal and written communication with your clients. You must also be skilled at connecting and developing rapport with teammates and clients. You are able to create an environment that’s fun, inviting, encouraging, and professional. 

You must have a heart for people and a desire to see them succeed. We work with clients from all walks of life and we want to come alongside them, no matter where they’re at, to guide and inspire them in all aspects of their life. Each client is different and we need someone who can embody the skill of matching their energy and personality to the client’s.

Business Administrator

As the Business Administrator, you are the main point of contact for our clients. Your mission will be to uphold our core values, provide amazing client care, support the team, maintain 95% client retention, and assist in growing our client base to achieve our company goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily appointment schedule and payments
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Manage current client memberships
  • Outreach/marketing to new clientele
  • Maintain Front Desk, Office Organization, and Systems
  • Interface with vendors
  • Coordinate internal and social media marketing
  • Update and maintain company website using WordPress
  • Handle banking and purchasing needs

About the Role
 

As a member of our admin team, you will be responsible for all administrative and office management responsibilities. You are a good communicator, as you will be responsible for all inbound and outgoing communication with clients regarding memberships, appointments, and being available to answer questions. Our clients are our favorite part of the job, so you must be a people person.

We work hard and value hard work. You must be a person who is highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, problem solve, and complete tasks in a timely fashion. You will be responsible for maintaining your schedule, so timeliness and time management skills are a must.

You must also be an adept multitasker and willing to provide support to the team’s needs as they arise. We desire someone who will bring creativity and new ideas to the role. We love innovation and are open to new ways to improve upon our systems and bring new energy to the team.
