Our Semi Private Training program starts with an evaluation that allows us to better understand your fitness history, your goals moving forward, and the speed bumps that have held you back in the past. 

We’ll use tools like the Fusionetics Movement Efficiency screen and comprehensive body analysis to assess your current composition. Then we will design a program specifically tailored to you and your goals and walk alongside you every step of the way while you achieve things you never thought were possible in your personal fitness!
