The Value of A Coach

Most people think online training is the same as getting workouts from Youtube Videos or programs a coach sends to you to do on your own. We don’t do online training, we do remote coaching, and believe us…there’s a difference!

Will the training sessions be as good?
Yes! Our coaches have years of experience with movement, biomechanics, coaching and have extensive training on how to recognize if someone is performing a pattern incorrectly. We know what an exercise should and should not look like, and we know how to coach you through it.
In fact, we have had a number of clients who transitioned to remote training say that they actually got a BETTER workout in their remote session because of how efficient the session was!

What if I’m not tech savvy?
This is probably the biggest concern for people before they try remote training and the LEAST of their concerns after their first remote session. Our clients are surprised at how easy it actually is.
We’ve made it as simple as possible for you to jump into a remote session…all you have to do is click the link that we send you and you will be in your very own “training room” with your coach!
If you don’t have access to reliable technology, we have a remote training kit that you can purchase to make it as easy as possible.

What if I have limited space in my home?
Though a common concern, those who have tried it out have realized it is not an issue. All you need is a space big enough to lay down. Next to your bed, in your dining room, even your bathroom can offer enough space! And we’ll coach you through, no matter how limited your space.

Won’t I miss out on the social aspect of going to the gym?
One of the best things that has come out of us moving to remote training is that we have been able to not only maintain, but actually increase our members’ sense of community. Now, more than ever, we are in need of social interaction, and remote training gives you the ability to workout with people you never would have before.

You can even have your kids who live in different states, or friends from all over the country join you for a workout! That means you get to see them and your coach 2-3 times per week, every week!

Shouldn’t I just wait until everything is back to normal to start moving towards my goals?
