Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Alena earned her A.A. in Criminal Justice from Santa Barbara City College before completing her B.S. in Communication at UC Santa Barbara. As a former competitive soccer player and lifelong fitness enthusiast, she is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others feel supported in reaching their goals. With experience in fitness operations, client relations, and community engagement, Alena enjoys creating positive experiences for members and building strong connections within the community. Outside of the gym, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her dogs.
