  • Deep understanding of biomechanics, functional movement, and strength & conditioning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team-first mindset and high personal integrity

  • Background in nutrition, wellness, or holistic health approaches
  • A sense of humor and a resilient, growth-oriented attitude

About the Role:

As a Performance Coach at Prevail Conditioning, you’ll step into a role that demands excellence — not just in what you do, but in how you think, communicate, and lead. We’re looking for professionals who are passionate about improving performance across the entire human spectrum — from elite athletes to motivated everyday clients — and who are eager to continuously refine their craft within a science-backed, results-driven system.

You should have a strong working knowledge of health, fitness, and human performance, along with a well-developed understanding of biomechanics and functional, integrated movement. These foundations are essential to making intelligent, individualized decisions around coaching, program design, and real-time training adjustments — because at Prevail, precision matters.

We value grit, discipline, and personal ownership. You must be goal-oriented, highly organized, and able to operate with autonomy — balancing your schedule, managing multiple client loads, and executing tasks with clarity and timeliness. You don’t just work hard — you work smart, with purpose and consistency.

Communication is key in our environment. You are skilled at delivering clear, actionable instruction and maintaining ongoing, high-quality dialogue with your clients. You know how to build genuine relationships — fostering a culture that is challenging yet supportive, professional yet welcoming. You understand that rapport and trust are performance multipliers.

At the heart of our work is people. If you don’t just train bodies but care deeply about helping others grow — mentally, physically, and emotionally — you’ll thrive here. We serve a wide range of individuals, and we expect you to have the emotional intelligence and adaptability to meet each client where they are, match their energy, and guide them forward.

We are a tight-knit, high-performance team. Collaboration is central to who we are. Every coach here contributes to the collective mission — delivering a seamless and impactful training experience. If you’re eager to learn, contribute, and grow inside a comprehensive, cutting-edge training model — Prevail is the place to do it.

If this sounds like your kind of environment, we’d love to meet you.
