Advanced Strength & Conditioning

If you are a seasoned strength and fitness enthusiast, come join us for our Advanced Strength & Conditioning class. The workouts are designed and coached to increase your strength, power, and proficiency in more advanced movements and foundational lifting patterns.

Kinstretch

Come join us for our version of sport yoga, kinesthetic stretching. The Kinstretch class is a movement enhancement system that develops usable joint ranges of motion, maximum body control, and flexibility.

Master’s

Our Master’s class is designed for our senior citizen population.  You’ll train all the same skills our other classes do – mobility, strength, cardiovascular health, and more – but with exercise choices suitable for you.  Train with us to safely build the skills you need to add years to your life and life to your years!

Strength & Fitness

Our Strength & Fitness class is our standard, well-rounded general fitness class.  You’ll improve your mobility, increase real-world strength, and build impressive stamina.  With the guidance of our coaches, beginners and more advanced exercisers can both benefit from these fun, high-energy sessions!

Regeneration

Do your body a favor and come recover with our Regeneration class. Stretch it out, roll it out, and give your body a much needed reset, essential to getting the most out of your workouts in the long term.

Sports Performance

Our Sports Performance class is designed for athletes aiming to maximize their performance potential.  You’ll enhance movement quality, improve speed and explosive power, increase strength and muscle mass, and have the conditioning to keep going when others get tired.

The small group classes at Prevail are perfect for my workout needs and preferences. The coach is able to spend quality time with each client, ensuring our form is correct, and the other clients have become an extension of my friend network. Also, the coaches have multiple alternatives to offer people recovering from injuries or needing a modification for some reason. Everyone is supportive and helps push me in a positive way to challenge myself. The Sports Performance class focuses on functional moves that translate to improving my beach volleyball game, and I noticed improved endurance on the ski slopes this winter. My wife and I have been part of the Prevail community for almost 10 years and in that time we’ve seen them expand to a bigger facility and have benefited from the training by their experienced and knowledgeable staff. We’ve also seen personal growth in improved technique, increased energy, better eating habits and also in my muscles! The staff has always been mindful of my level of training experience (or lack thereof) and they have always helped me move along my training goals one hinge, one get-up, one rear-foot-elevated kettle bell squat at a time!

The last 15 months have been particularly difficult for me due to a fractured shoulder which caused me to abstain from training for a few months, but as soon as I was able to return to Prevail, it was comforting to know that the trainers would help me modify what I needed to to still get in a quality workout without compromising my recovery.
